[Bug 53489] madwifi-ng driver

Binary package hint: linux-restricted-modules-2.6-686

in order to make use of the madwifi-ng driver (new_ath_pci), the
wlanconfig utility is required, but it does not seem to be included. The
Debian package madwifi-tools contains this utility (and others), but I
can find no (k)ubuntu equivalent.
