[Bug 52234] sparc64 netboot image missing cassini network driver

Public bug reported:

Trying to install ubuntu on a b100s sparc blade for which netboot is the
only option fails because the cassini network driver is not enabled in
the kernel. This driver was added somewhere around 2.6.13 or 2.6.14.

Device Drivers -> Network device support -> Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit) ->
Sun Cassini support
