[Bug 30182] mouse frozen on boot

Description:
About one time over ten, my mouse is frozen when I arrive in GDM (and
afterward in X).

To restore it, I just have to "rmmod psmouse" then "insmod psmouse",
even with X running. The previous kernel (linux-image-2.6.15-12-k7) had
the same problem.
