Last I tried to include this it was a total mess. They had a local
ieee80211 stack that conflicted with the one in the dapper kernel, and
it also did not compile cleanly at all.

I removed it for lack of code maintainability. I'm going to reject this
bug. It will have to wait till the project matures enough to fit cleanly
into the kernel.
