[Bug 28667] general sluggishness

uh, so it was only a configuration error in /etc/X11/Xwrapper.conf.
Nice_value was 10 but nowadays it should be 0. Compared these
installations to a stock version and that was it. The old one was from
sarge/hoary. Now, how did I miss that!

It seems that bug reporters can't close their own bugs(?), so please
close this.
