I think the messages are gone now... but dmesg looks a bit strange, look
how it starts:

stoffe at homer:~$ dmesg
isabled.
[4294670.129000]   MEM window: faa00000-feafffff
[... many more, normal-looking lines]

Anyhow, seems like this particular issue has sorted itself out.
