[Bug 32755] unable to read full DVD burned in windows

Description:
I burned a DVD on my windows PC w/ a NEC 3500 DVD burner, and it reads
perfectly fine in that PC.

but when I try to read it in my laptop, it fails w/ the kernel error
(below), which doesn't seem to be because of failure reading, but the
driver not allowing it to read.  I have my doubts that this is a
hardware issue, but very well could be.
