Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/32427

Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
When shutting down computer, after shutting down LVM groups I'm
occasionally hit with this bug (every fifth or sixth shutdown). Last
night, for the first time, text scrolling down slowed down and stopped
so I could read what it said. It was repeating: bad page state at
some_page_in_question in process x. Processes I saw were umount and
kjournald. There was page number, flags, mapcount, a backtrace and
notice that Trying to fix it up, but reboot is needed.

I think this the mm/rmap.c negative page map count bug. (reference:
http://lkml.org/lkml/2006/1/11/59) .

This has happened to me in AMD64-K8 and AMD-K7 kernels for a some time
now. Most recently last night with latest AMD-K7 kernel in breezy.
