[Bug 32120] IPVS not enabled in stock kernel

Description:
IPVS is not enabled in the stock kernel, this feature is very useful for
those wanting to use LVS for clustering applications.

Is there any reason why its not enabled other than an oversite? If not,
can it please be enabled so we don't have to use a custom kernel where
its not really warranted?

AFAIK, there is no problems enabling it in a standard kernel, although
someone may know better than me on that.
