[Bug 31468] High power drain during ACPI sleep

Last time I checked, high power drain persisted without radeonfb. There
has been a long discussion about it at the OSDL bugzilla (linked via the
thinkwiki link in the report).

It would certainly be nice to have an auto-detect, but as of now the
OSDL bugzilla discussion seems to imply that there is not silver bullet
for detecting (and "whitelisting") all affected models.

Script for testing the condition is already available at thinkwiki, and
the fix is simply adding a one line file to your modeprobe.d..

That said, I'd love to see this "just happen" :-)
