[Bug 31534] KEY_COFFEE needs a scancode

Description:
The acpi-support packages now create a KEY_COFFEE keycode in response to
the lock button being pushed.

According to mjg59 this now needs a kernel patch in order for that to
not be dropped on the floor due to a lack of scancode.

Any old otherwise unused scancode will do the trick he says.
