Yes I'm always booting with `pci=noacpi'... this is my kernel line:
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.15-15-686 root=/dev/hda1 ro quiet splash pnpbios=off pci=noacpi

Do I have to put `pci=noacpi' before `pnpbios=off' or it doesn't matter?
