[Bug 31278] dapper regression: rhine interface gets renamed to eth0_clashed on boot

Description:
I'm actually not sure what is causing this bug, so I'm taking a shot in
the dark and blaming the kernel. Currently on my rhine powered network
card, eth0, is created as eth0_clashed. I only have one network card.

However, its renamed to this sometime after /etc/network/interfaces is
read and put into action, because any information for eth0_clashed put
in interfaces isn't getting applied.

Manually ifconfig eth0_clashed 192.168.1.2; route add default gw
192.168.1.1 works fine, however.
