I have exactly the same problem running acpi with default breezy kernel
+ asus bios version 0108 on L4500R laptop. Battery icon always say
charging. An easy fix would be greatly appreciated. My current plan is
to wait for the official dapper release and hope that fixes it, but I
don't have high hopes. -David
