[Bug 30223] booting with pci=noacpi fails

Description:
Trying to boot with the parameter pci=noacpi on a FSC Amilo Pro V2030
fails. This does happen in Ubuntu Breezy and Dapper but does not happen
in OpenSuSE 10.0 and 10.1 Alpha4.
