[Bug 47938] [dapper] poweroff & restart problem

Public bug reported:

With kernel 2.6.15-23-386 while powering down or rebooting system hangs
up.

It stops while "Disconecting network interfaces". When I removed proper
init script it moved forward but hangs on "Will now halt".

It's Dell D800 with WiFi, GigabitEthernet (tc3 module), bluetooth.
Kernel 2.6.15-23-386, restricted modules.

There were no problems with 2.6.15-22-386 & 2.6.15-22-686 kernels.
