[Bug 47541] Boot Hangs on IPv6 over IPv4 Tunneling Driver

Public bug reported:

Ran Dapper update from 5.10 and now boot hangs on installing drivers.
Recovery boot shows the boot hangs at IPv6 over IPv4 Tunneling Driver.
After this the boot hangs at starting HAL.  Eventullay the login comes
up but then the error failed to initialize HAL will appear after logging
in.  Kerrnel 2.6.15-23-386 on an Acer that worked great with 5.10.
