[Bug 27448] [network-admin] Network Cards using NDISWRAPPER not updating in 'Network Tools' GUI

Public bug reported:

When unplugging a USB network device (using drivers inside ndiswrapper), on
plugging the device back in, ndiswrapper/modprobe doesn't update the "network
tools" gui... however, typing in WLAN0 or ETH0 in the "name" box, activates the
"configure" button, after which you can activate the appropriate network
interface...
