No, unfortunately it's not. This "too much work for IRQ11" thing
happened to me after upgrading Kubuntu to Edgy Eft. The X Server was
broken, but it was fixed by the first Edgy updates. However, after the
latest package updates, I get the same thing over and over again
whenever I open a window. Most times my notebook crashes after 0.5
hours, I have to do a cold reboot. I'm using a Toshiba Satellite
Notebook.
