[Bug 35295] kernel-2.6.15 panic (AMD64 3000+ on K8N4-E Delux motherboard)

Description:
In Ubuntu 5.04 & 5.10 everythink was great!!
But, I try Dapper (F4, F5... daily)

On my motherboard I find this problems:
No Sound, No ethernet, Mouse crash & sometimes kernel panic
