[Bug 30698] powernow-k7 does not work linux-image-*-k7 (does with plain -386 kernel)

Description:
With the kernel 386 on my amd athlon the cpu scaling work good with
powernowd, but with kernel-K7, it don't work, I'm unable to modprobe
powernow-K7 but powernowd is running.
