[Bug 41288] espresso installer is'nt responding/crashes during the installation

Description:
I tried to install Dapper through the live cd and espresso, but after it
finish editing the partition and gets to 25% of the installation, the
install stop responding, gnome is either stop responding, and when i
press CTRL+ALT+f1 it changes to the terminal, but when i try to run a
command (like top,kill, etc...) it just not responding.

p.s.
the mouse and the keyboard are responding, when evrything else crashes.
