I am not sure since this was the first time I had seen this.  It had a
HELP reference notation that when I typed in help it gave me a listing
of what appeared to be command line utility parameters.

Some of the verbiage on screen prior to this seems to indicate that
there was a problem in accessing the filing system of the hard drive.
Something like could not access /dev/hd1.  However, I don't think this a
machine/hardware problem, since this seems to only happen after I have
installed the updates to the 6.06 version.  I did a small amount of
research and I think I found a forum posting from someone else who was
having this or a very similar problem.
