[Bug 34068] Re: [acx111] USR5410 not working

I confirm this bug and the solution. The bug is still present in the
latest Dapper Drake with all updates as of April 24, 2006. It affects
both USR5410 and USR5416. The system finds the card and "thinks" it
works, however it does not receive or send any data (on the USR5416
PCMCIA version, the green light never ever lights up).
