[Bug 40850] Mounting my USB drive take long

Description:
In breezy, my external hard drive (usb2) mounted very quickly.  With
dapper, it takes 2-3 minutes to mount.  It's long to mount manually with
"mount" and also automatically with GNOME when I switch on my hard
drive.
