[Bug 32689] Hibernate sometimes dont work

Description:
Well, I have 512 MB of RAM, and 530 MB of Swap. I have changed the
swappiness to 10, so my swap when I hibernate the first time is clean,
all free. When I resume from it, I get the swap partially occupied, and
I dont understand why, if before I hibernate it, it was clean.

Is this a bug? Im usign Breezy.
