[Bug 40654] Unable to open device /dev/dsp for writing: Device or resource busy

Description:
I'm using Dapper Drake Flight 6, and have a nforce3 with a nvidia CK8S
on-board sound card.

When I run gstreamer-properties and test the OSS output plugin an error
occurs: "OSS - Open Sound System: Unable to open device /dev/dsp for
writing: Device or resource busy"

The following message is printed in the terminal:
gstreamer-properties-Message: Error running pipeline 'OSS - Open Sound System': Unable to open device /dev/dsp for writing: Device or resource busy [gstosssink.c(388): gst_oss_sink_open (): /pipeline4/osssink3]

But the error only occurs the first time I test the OSS plugin after
testing ESD.

The same error also occured when I tried to run a program that uses
openal: "Unable to open device /dev/dsp for writing: Device or resource
busy"
