[Bug 40478] Promise TX4300/4310 driver update

Description:
There was an updateto the sata_promise driver (referred to here:
http://lwn.net/Articles/176208/)  that added support for a couple of new
chipsets. It would be extremely handy if this could be updated before
the 6.06 LTS release.
