I have exactly the same Problem. Just updated to Dapper today (Kernel 2.6.15-20-386). For now the Problem only occured when resuming from Disk and is not reproduceable (Just tested again and Resume from Disk worked fine)

My Laptop is an ASUS M6800N

I'm not sure but I think that this happend sometime before using Breezy
