Description:

Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0e55:110b Speed Dragon Multimedia, Ltd

This is used in many mobile phone cables and enables gnokii / wammu / to
work properly with compatible phones.

The patch only consists of adding the relevant id's to pl2303.c and
pl2303.h

I have tested it.
