[Bug 38160] Include ASUS AC97 workaround

Description:
VT8237 based boards that have an onboard sound card tend to disable the
sound card if a PCI sound card is installed. There is a simple
workaround (pci/quirks.c patch) that enables the onboard card at boot
time that can be found on the linux kernel mailing list (search for ASUS
A8V Deluxe).
