[Bug 38597] fsam7400 is fucking stupid

Description:
The fsam7400 module (SW RF kill switch for ...) is fucking stupid, it
removes and loads the ipw2100 module breaking the world.

Instead it should just turn the radio on and off like sensible, well-
behaved modules.
