[Bug 38587] Compaq Armada E500 doesnt resume properly in Breezy

Description:
The Compaq armada E500 series laptops dont resume properly aproximately
1 in 10 times.

The fix we found at ITShare is as follows:

Edit `/etc/default/acpi-support`
Uncomment 'ACPI_SLEEP=true'
Edit `/boot/grub/menu.lst`
find `2.6.12-[9,10]-386`
Append `acpi_sleep=s3_bios` to the beginning of the kernel line
reboot

I dont know if this is still required in dapper (i will try asap though), but the resume problem seems to happen on the 12-10 breezy kernels as well.
