The patch is at http://www.holtmann.org/linux/kernel/patch-2.6.15-mh2.gz

This patch can't be in dapper, or if it is, it doesn't work. I tried this with kernel 2.6.15-19-k7 and my volume keys don't work. I reboot into my custom kernel and everything works perfectly.
