[Bug 33716] System freeze with [SiS] USB 2.0

Description:
I've tried to plug in an old HP camera and some usb-drives to this
motherboard and the system freezes everytime. Not even possible to
restart X. It's a MSI motherboard (about 2 years old). Has been the only
reason why my dad hasn't switched to Linux. Dapper F4 with latest
updates.
