[Bug 22619] Hibernation resume failure on Dell 600m (regression from Hoary)

Description:
When I hibernate in Breezy on my Dell 600m laptop, everything seems to work
fine.  When I try to resume from the hibernation, all that I get is a gray
screen with a blinking cursor in the middle left side of the screen.  The
computer is completely unresponsive.  Hibernate and Resume worked fine for me in
Hoary.
