You need to get firmware for the BCM43xx cards; we don't have a licence to distribute that firmware so we can't make this work automatically. If you haven't done so already, try installing the bcm43xx-fwcutter package from universe and running the /usr/share/bcm43xx-fwcutter/install_bcm43xx_firmware.sh script.
