I'm unsure which "snapshot" as it was simply labeled as a preview release. They
were downloaded on the 8th September AFAI can tell, see below:

md5sum `ls ubuntu-5.10-preview-*`

I have kept everything up to date using synaptic / apt - last update was
yesterday and today, and the problems still persist... hope I have understood
your question correctly...
