Hello, didn't have time to visit the cafe again, but after the tests i guess
Jani Monoses theory that it depends on Access Point configuration is right. In
System tools --> networks tools the test showed that i was assigned a DHCP
address and was connected to the Gateway with packets sent/recieved. Since the
wireless card is identified properly in device manager "ipw2200BG" and network
was detected i think problem is resolved.
