This may be a related bug, not sure.

Using ndiswrapper with Broadcom drivers. In the last couple weeks I've noticed
that sometimes my wireless connection will spontaneously drop. It still appears
to be connected but nothing gets through. If I issue "sudo ifdown wlan0 && sudo
ifup wlan0", the VERY next thing I try to do that uses the network, my systems
locks. This happens both in X and in console, and if I try it in console
Alt+SysRq+T dumps nothing to console.
