Summary: new restricted modules package in breezy breaks madwifi
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: linux-restricted-modules
        AssignedTo: daniel.stone at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: pbeeson at cs.utexas.edu
         QAContact: kernel-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

On 9/19/05 installed linux-restricted-modules-2.6.12-8-686 2.6.12.4-3.
madwifi doesn't work. dmesg (and modprobe when trying to load the module
manually) says there are unresolved symbols.

This was fine in the previous version for kernel 2.6.12. This also happens in
the SMP version.
