I got the same problem in breezy. It's very anoying.
I will add the requested info even if not reporter of the Bug.

root at kassandra:~# tail -5 /var/log/syslog

.. about 50 x per second in exactly that order..
dmesg is completely messed up and doesn't show anything more.

what is what you need from make??

Laptop is a medion md9580-A aka Asus L8400C
