It is quite possible that Breezy is picking up on something that Hoary did not.
 I haven't noticed any difference in performance or anything else under either
Breezy or Hoary.

Is there a more definite way to check if this is a hardware issue?  My laptop is
still under warranty, so if something needs to be replaced I'd rather find out
sooner rather than later :-)
