Sorry for not attaching these earlier. There's no network, wired or wireless,
available on the livecd once it boots. This is probably (hopefully) due to me
force killing hotplug though.

I used a usb key which was auto-mounted correctly (do usb keys not use hotplug?)
to get these files. Hope they help.
