linux-restricted-modules-power* are not installable; the root cause is:

  linux-restricted-modules-powerpc64-smp: Depends:
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.12-8-powerpc64-smp but it is not installable

and indeed there are no l-r-m for powerpc64; either we need to provide them or
not provide the meta packages.
