I downloaded the latest colony (beta3) and using it on an Asus a8n with dual
NIC. I am not using the nvidia but rather the skge driver and it fails under
Ubuntu. On the same system Gentoo works like a charm. I am using a 2.6.12 on
Gentoo and it works fine (module version 0.8)

Here's the hardware : 
Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88E8001 Gigabit Ethernet
Controller (rev 13)
