Patch for 2.6.12.9 to support 3ware 9550SX rate controller

This patch (drop it into debian/patches and adjust 00list) enables a kernel
package to be built which supports the controller. It is taken from the 3ware
site (i.e. is a release driver, which is more recent than that in the mainline
kernel 2.6.14). It appears to work, though not entirely verified as I am having
some other disk difficulties.
