I realized that I did not dist-upgrade, but did that and issues still exist. i
have been able to log into x by disabling gdm and using a non-gnome (blackbox)
window manager. It seems that I can type tab in blackbox, but cannot in console.
This is very strange. Is there anyone who needs some logs? Per Ludovic's
suggestions, they seem to work.
