Yep. I posted a report on the pptp bug page on Oct, 2. Didn't see any form of
acknowlegement for this post, so I am taking the liberty to answer your previous
query.
In short : pptp is unable to use mpe encryption or mchap-v2 authentication.
Tested vs. a Linux pptp server known as good.
