The kernel from the linux-image-2.6.15-4-686 package hangs at boot-time on my PC.

The last message it shows when run without quiet & splash is:

 [ 101.789683] [<c01030cb>] sysenter_past_esp+0x54/0x75

You probably need more info, but I'm not sure what's helpful, so please tell
me...  :)
